Tri-Rivers Healthcare brings quality healthcare to the communities of Livingston and Crittenden Counties and beyond through three Independent Rural Health Clinics, Crittenden Community Hospital Annex, Salem Spring Lake Nursing Home and Crittenden County Convalescent Center. Tri-Rivers Healthcare is owned and medically directed by Dr. William Barnes and Dr. Ghassan Yazigi. The providers and staff take pride in bringing compassionate patient centered care to the communities served near and far.
Our providers specialize in a variety of services to treat the whole person’s health needs, including acute care and disease prevention through end of life. Our services encompass both physical and mental health in partnership with the patient and their loved ones. In addition to integrated primary care, we also serve patients with general surgery needs, behavioral health needs, substance use disorder through our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, and Hepatitis C Diagnosis and Treatment.
